I ordered two sizes because I felt the large one wouldn't fit even though I measured correctly, my instinct told me to take the next size up. In fact, I wish I had gone up two sizes as it cuts off my circulation about 3 hours after wearing it. Another observation, the large fit very similarly to the XLarge, I don't really feel the difference. I was trying to either get my money back or exchange the item for a different size. If you want a refund, they will charge you $5.99 for shipping (half the cost of the braces) and there is no replace or exchange option.
