I have to say I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and prompt action. The remaining laundry bag holds up well. I would buy them again - good company! ********Updated Review******** Well after the 3rd use the stitching near the zipper on one of the laundry bags came undone leaving a hole. occurred. Disappointing as I really thought they would hold up better. That! I had the opportunity to use one and was very impressed. The extra large pouch was perfect for the Wacoal 40DDD bra - it slipped easily into the laundry bag, the fabric was so soft and smooth, and the zipper puller was hidden and stayed closed during the wash! The packaging and e-book are so much fun. ! Great marketing - keep it up 👙
