The best part about this program was its ease of use once I got used to it! There's nothing that really bugs me or gets in my way when using K Serve - everything works as expected so far (I'm new).
Maybe having more training options would be nice? Currently there aren't any other trainings offered for employees outside of just our yearly onboarding sessions but maybe adding some additional resources could help out future users who might have questions they don’t know how to ask yet. If your looking into getting something like k serve try them all around their service team has been great every step of the process from sales right up until support after we went live.
