I looked at a lot of different wall mounts and didn't know which one to buy. Wall mounts for Samsung TVs are a little tricky as many don't come with compatible screws. This mount comes with screws that are compatible with a number of different manufacturers including Samsung and the 2018 8000 Series 65in. This saved me a trip to the local hardware store. Because the back of the TV is curved, I had to fiddle with the brackets to make sure they were secure and attach them using the long washers that came with the TV and a couple of thin washers from the mounting kit. Attaching the brackets was the hardest part, but really not that bad. Just take your time and make sure you're doing it right. Attaching the mount to the wall is pretty easy once you line it up. A set of drills and nozzles and you're done. Once it's in a couple of studs it's very secure and this TV isn't going anywhere. I've also paired this mount with the PowerBridge ONE-CK wall mount cable management system to hide the cables, which also works great. I am very happy with this mount and would buy it again.
