I was really really excited about this product after reading all the great reviews but after receiving it I really couldn't recommend it to anyone . When I first used it it was great - it worked exactly as advertised, had a sleek design and best of all it was quiet. Unfortunately, the first time must have been an accident, as the product was completely defective. No matter what I do, it won't connect and just says "Mouse not found" even when it's fully charged. Sometimes, through persistence, I end up connecting it, only to immediately disconnect, or worse, deal with horrible lag or the cursor moving and clicking on items of its own accord. And believe me when I say I gave him many benefits of the doubt. I've tried EVERYTHING from changing the frequency speed to trying to connect to other devices and increasing the load time. My only regret is the time I wasted trying to make junk work.
