I ordered this product because I needed extra help getting rid of stubborn fat. I'm not a bodybuilder, I just do my regular daily workouts at the gym (at home). This is my second bottle ordered and I can't wait to see more results. Amazing side effect, not sure what it's for, but it makes me more alert and aware. I'm a busy mom of two on the farm and felt like I had to take a nap every day. Now I only sleep once a week. About 15 minutes after taking the product in the morning I feel energized and it lasts all day! Crazy! No shaking, palpitations or anything like that, just a great feeling. I take 2 on an empty stomach with water and then eat about an hour or two later. I don't take any other dietary supplements, only chewable vitamins for women. I recommend taking 2, although I started on 1 for the first few days as recommended in the bottle.
