I had to exchange because I received a defective product. Neither the shipping box nor the protective film box were damaged, so I assume a factory defect. So I don't think the quality control is very good. However, once you get a good one, the product isn't bad and I recommend it. You might run into an issue with returns, but it's not that bad with Revain. Installing the screen protector is easy, but the included plastic guide isn't perfect and is a bit larger than it should be. Here's a tip: apply the protective film from bottom to top. If you do it differently, it won't go well together. The glue used is very good and thanks to it it works well. I literally cleaned my iPad and then flattened it from underneath and dropped it neatly onto the screen. Grip is satisfying, like a wave on the beach. I had a small blister in the corner that is easy to pop out with a credit card. Very simple and beautiful. The glass doesn't seem particularly durable compared to other screen protectors I've used. I wouldn't buy this (or any other) screen protector and expect it to offer a lot of protection from direct drops to the screen, but it should protect your original screen well from light scratches that may occur if you lay your phone face down the screen.
