This test includes photocells as well as central control. I have 2 areas that I monitor with this product (ie 4 transmit/receive photoelectric sensors) and this system has worked great so far (4 +/- months). The only problem is that there is no volume control for the chime/alarm on the controller box and it is very loud. I had to put the controller box in a closet to mute the volume of this alarm. Also, I'm protecting two separate areas and this system doesn't have the ability to select a separate/unique ring for each area. When the alarm/alert goes off I have to guess which area has been deactivated.
