Review on WasteMaid 10-US-WM-058-3B Anti-Jam Garbage Disposal - Corrosion Proof Stainless Steel Food Waste Grinding System, Odor Protection, 0.5 HP Economy, Black by Chris Benton

I almost bought this disposal because of some very informative reviews that discussed the difficulty of installing the sink attachment. But they described how to make it work so well that I went for it. When the Waste Maid arrived, I found that it had a three-bolt mount, just like my broken InSinkErator, so I could use the mount that was already installed. All I had to do was remove the old drain, screw the new one onto the existing bracket and connect the drain hose and dishwasher hose. So easy! The pre-wired power cord also made installation easier as you just have to plug it into an outlet. I watched several YouTube videos to prepare for the installation and they all showed that the power cord needs to be connected. If you already have a dispenser outlet under the sink, this will come in very handy. I've only been using it for a few days, but I'm satisfied with the performance and the low noise level. If there are any issues with Waste Maid I will come back and edit my review.
