I love that it is portable and easy to fold and store in a small space. However, it's quite prone to collapsing if you shift your weight from side to side at all. I bought this to make it easier and less painful to sit seiza while playing koto. It's definitely not bad, but it would be better if there was a way to lock/lock the legs once opened. It's generally not bad, but I would avoid it if your legs and knees aren't very good due to possible injuries. It REALLY hurts when a tree falls onto your ankle with your full weight!
