Perfectly crafted from high quality wood with a beautiful finish. It folds easily thanks to two strong hinges that stay in place when unfolded. There is a very comfortable padding with a soft cover. I have used many of these types of benches over the years and they are the best as they allow for long periods of meditation without the discomfort that most benches leave. I recommend this bench for your practice.

I really like this product and appreciate its durability and light weight. If I had to customize the product. The legs would be slightly less inclined. Before putting on the padding, I laid a thin piece of the thicker padding on top of the base. After kneeling for a while, I feel the tree. And I would put a pen on it. I add this. Good product again. I love it and I use it a lot.

I tried a different brand meditation bench and returned it. It had poorly assembled hinges, sloppy random binding, and shoddy material. The Mudra Crafts Bank is by far the best. I have the large version, I'm about 5ft 10" tall and I recommend it. The sturdy mudra crafts bench is expensive but worth the money. The ability is visible. The wood is unfinished but beautiful. I think it might be because of the brand, the pillow is thick and firm.

Extremely disappointed. I took my new bench out of the packaging and immediately sat on it. One leg buckled and I fell onto my side. When I knocked the bench over, I found overtightened screws on the hinge coming loose from the bench and sawdust on the floor. One screw is completely torn out. Guess I'll get my wooden spatula and smack it off to get something going. This wouldn't surprise me on a cheaper bench, but at this price I'm not expecting a DIY project.

I was so excited about this bench. It's comfortable and cute, although the legs are quite short. But the main problem is that it keeps crashing. If I shift my weight even a little, one end collapses. The hinges aren't fully tightened, so it's already flexing inward. No matter how I pull them out, they just won't stay. I've dropped it twice already and I had a knee prosthesis two years ago, it won't even work for me, I'm crazy having to send it back.

I LOVE my Mandala Crafts Meditation Bench more than any other cushion or chair I have owned or tried. I highly recommend this item! Portability with well-made, quiet and durable folding legs, built-in cushion and quality workmanship combined with a very reasonable price makes this product stand out from other meditation benches I have seen and used. I cannot recommend this product enough! Now I go into that during meditation; I choose this bench over my meditation chair and pillow every time.

I love that it is portable and easy to fold and store in a small space. However, it's quite prone to collapsing if you shift your weight from side to side at all. I bought this to make it easier and less painful to sit seiza while playing koto. It's definitely not bad, but it would be better if there was a way to lock/lock the legs once opened.
