Excellent product for disaster recovery and cloud storage

I would like to see more storage space in cloud service plan option (SaaS).
Support is outstanding! The ease with which one can log into account using an android device makes this software very user friendly especially when it comes time searching issues or questions that arise during usage. Very good product indeed worth every penny spent!! Customer success manager at tech startup used veeampone as their main data vault / disaster recovery tool after going over other competitors products such as backblaze etc..

Cloud options are excellent
Easy interface for beginners yet powerfull enough even if you have advanced technical skills.
Great customer support team, always helpful :)
Fast response from vendor regarding any issue/question raised by customers they answer almost immediately via chat function within portal itself unlike some vendors who reply weeks later through email
