There may be issues and lack of support

My husband and I have been enjoying this fan for about 10 weeks now. The multiple settings are good and we like to sleep with the breeze feature - very relaxing. It intermittently stopped working with Alexa or with the remote, but both only happened once so it was annoying but not too much hassle. Last week the app notified me that the remote was updated. I clicked refresh and nothing happened. At that point, the fan stopped working with Alexa and hasn't worked with her since. Then the remote control stopped working. I read so many manuals and FAQs on their website (which was pointless) and didn't get any help. I restarted the fan and it works again with the remote control. However, my app says there is no remote connection. The remote control is not updated. Now it says the fan has an update. It is not updated. It has started broadcasting its Wi-Fi network again, but won't let me connect to my home network. This forced me to create a new account. I went through the whole process with the same credentials as before and signed in again? But when it happened, the same things are still there. Now he even refuses to remove the fan from my account. He just keeps saying it failed. There is no customer service. You don't answer. There are many angry people suffering from similar problems. Save time and money. This is the second smart fan I've bought that has gone to hell in a few months. :(Update: It's been 6 weeks since I opened a help ticket with this company. They finally emailed me today, apologizing for the delay and saying they're glad my issue was resolved. It's not, and they haven't contacted me at all to try to resolve the issue.
