I rarely leave reviews but I really feel obligated to post them, it's the worst product experience I've ever had. First off I ordered Zagg for my new 12.9" iPad Pro. I ordered it for the Apple iPad Pro and that's what I got, bam for the Apple iPad Pro. It didn't fit, it was too big! Not to small, too big. Two big ones for my 12.9" screen which I believe is the largest Apple iPad Pro screen. To make it usable I actually had to trim it down and that's not easy .I thought these things were meant to be straight out of the box.Excuse me if I'm wrong but I think they should fit the screen, not be too big and cropped to fit.Now this looks like crap because I had to play around with the damn thing too much. I will never buy a Zagg product after that. What an extremely disappointing experience. I feel like I've been ripped off. So far I've bought Zaggs for EVERY iPhone and iPad our family has. That's at least 10 screens over the years . Never.
