A year and a half ago I was given blue light blocking glasses that relieved my eyes when working on the computer for a long time. I've been using them for several weeks now. The difference in contrast is huge, so it will take some time to get used to. Others are very bright orange/yellow, these are dark orange and brighten up normal daylight. I need to turn up the brightness on my computer even though I'm wearing this. Ideal for reducing eye strain.
