This sushi machine is very easy to use. I had a similar one many years ago but I lost a few parts so I decided to try this one. I love it! I will most likely use the small square because the other sizes are quite large. Not that I wouldn't use them, but they are 2 bites larger than sushi. I make sushi to bring to work several times a week and share my extra rolls with co-workers. My tip: moisten the knife a little when cutting (makes the slices really clean).
