I bought them a size 8 for my 8 year old child. She is tall and very thin. They were so thin I didn't even dare put them on her. I tried them on my very skinny 6 year old daughter and they fit her well too. They were also very long on her as I think the length would fit my tall 8 year old. I racked my brains trying to figure out if they would fit anyone. I wonder if they changed the fit since other reviewers wrote because I was shocked at how thin they were. My eldest is 53" 60# and my 6 year old is 46" 40#
