I am posting this review after 30 days of daily use. Compare this to the "Airspace" coffee container I own. Fill both canisters with the same amount of coffee beans of the same brand. The one-way valve on the Star coffee can is more of a gimmick because the beans are stale after 20 days, while with Airscape you actually feel and hear the air being expelled from the can when the plunger is pushed. Additionally, in addition to the main seal, Airscape has a transparent sealed lid that allows you to check how much coffee you have left. My beans were just as fresh as the day I put them in 30 days earlier. Pay a little more and buy Airspace from Planetary Design.
