This blouse is not only fashionable BUT fits her petite frame perfectly .She loves the frilly sleeves and the cute design. It`s great for mixing and matching with her other Girls' Fashion pieces. The only con is that the fabric is a little thin but that's not a big issue as it's perfect for the warmer weather..
