Suitable for outdoor recreation

Overall I am very satisfied with this rope clamp. I've been using a 1.5" indoor climbing rope for a few years and wanted to upgrade to a 2" rope. I thought it would be easy to find but I was wrong. I looked around a bit and decided to make my own. I ordered a 2" 10ft rope to go with this ascender and the end result was exactly what I wanted (for less than $80). Thanks for a reliable product.
