impossible to assemble

I bought this set of chairs and they are really cool but they don't assemble. I have one.) Second, after assembling the legs, it was impossible to attach them to the seat because the screw holes behind the seat didn't line up with the holes in the legs (tried different positions but nothing worked). It was recommended not to tighten too many screws to the end, but it doesn't help, I had to return the chairs
