When I decided to buy them, I swore to myself that I would not be like the thousands of rude people who install and Optics know nothing of this and blind anyone in front of them or going in the opposite direction. My 2010 Dodge RAM 1500 4x4 took three tries to align properly. On the first try, the LED arrays were placed horizontally (lighting up and down), resulting in the optics in my truck scattering the light high up and would definitely blind other drivers. The last arrangement that worked for me was to set it at a 45 degree angle as shown in the photos. And not the same, but"mirror". This gave a nice, flat beam that evenly illuminates the roadway. They appear to be a very well made product, nice packaging and pretty decent documentation. The reason I only give 4 stars is because the high beam is not much brighter than the low beam. If you install them, PLEASE keep trying until you get them right, and don't blind other drivers to apathy. Thanks very much!
