The best part of this software was that it helped us to increase our sales more than we ever expected! It also helps in maintaining relationships with customers by providing an easy platform for communication between them, which can be easily maintained through chats as well emails or calls (if required).

I do not find any drawbacks at all about these tools but if you're looking out only then yes there are some minor issues here like sometimes when i open my account page from mobile phone its takes time before showing me dashboard so while going back home after work/office etc.,I have faced such problem once though never again since last couple years!! But still they need improvement regarding overall features & UI design.- Easy way of chatting- Automatically record sessions -Easy sharing options across social media platforms.
