The ability to connect with your customers in real time has never been easier than with Ponton X! I like that it is easy to use, and my clients love how quick they can respond back and forth. You can also choose from different templates, so you don't have to write everything out yourself. It's super simple and saves me tons of time! The only thing I dislike about this app is that sometimes I have issues responding back to customers within 3 seconds. It could be because we are all working remotely at times. If you already have an account for other platforms where you text people, then this will save you some time. Connecting with our customers quickly and easily.
