These liter compostable Project Earth ziplock bags are made from corn and are designed to decompose in 90 days under composting conditions. This set of zip bags is the most used in my home as its size allows me to pack sandwiches. and other groceries in some, and use others to carry office supplies such as pens, pencils, etc. These bags have been in the refrigerator, freezer, various refrigerators, office drawers, and pretty much everywhere in between. They've held up well wherever I've used them. perfect size This quart bag is the perfect size. I can use wider, thicker bread for homemade sandwiches, or cut the buns in half and put them in as well. - Ecologically clean. I'm a big fan of the eco-friendliness of these bags. What I liked least about these Project Earth Compostable Zip Bags was: - Number of bags for the price. I wish this set had 150 packs for $20 so this set costs a little more. Zippered pockets certainly deserve good, long-term attention. I find these bags durable, the perfect size for most occasions, and eco-friendly. I wish we could get a few more bags for the price, but a premium is always expected when products are particularly good for the body, or in this case the environment. 4.5 out of 5.0.
