I liked that we could see what threats were affecting our website in real time, it made managing this much more productive than previous platforms with alerts only coming into my email box when something went wrong. It was easy to configure the rules for each file type (including custom files) as well as the extensions used. The support team also responds very quick to tickets or emails and are able to provide immediate fixes. We have had some initial issues but they seem to be ironing out those kinks pretty quickly. I would highly recommend using their security control validation service if you want an additional layer of protection around your site against malicious attacks like SQL injection attacks. This allows me to check all uploaded files before publishing them and remove any potentially harmful code from a user controlled script editor and/or FTP interface. I like how easy it was to set up and use. It's very intuitive which makes training easier for our team members as well as anyone else who uses it. The customer support could be better at times but they are always quick to respond to any questions or issues we have. We needed something simple yet robust security control software with an interface similar to Windows Task Manager. This product provided exactly what we were looking for in terms of ease of setup and management.
