This product is an example of how you can sell something ordinary and make it premium. I use a double-walled Muller French Press to serve coffee to at least 3 people in the morning. Large size 1L is at least 300ml to take with you. My method usually takes 4 to 8 minutes. The first 4 are the minimum infusion time, and another 4 are for thickness settling. With my previous glass version, 8 minutes would have cooled the coffee too quickly. With double walls, the coffee is still hot after 8 minutes. As a backup, a double-mesh steel filter keeps fine particles out of my drinking vessel. Coffee turns out not only hot, but also saturated and fragrant. Because it's a 1 liter French Press, it's easy to clean. I just stick my hands in and dig up the coffee compost. Obviously I wouldn't use anything abrasive inside, so a bottle brush would work too. I had a fear that the steel might give off a bad taste, but I didn't feel it; Although I use reverse osmosis water and freshly roasted, only ground coffee to make sure it's not too acidic. I'm glad I made the purchase. I will be using this for a long time.
