Normally a US 18/2xl but purchased a 3xl because they said that’s the equivalent to an 18. Should have went with the 2xl as the 3xl was too big up top for me. Not big enough to warrant the hassle of a return and reorder but I have space up there with it. If I were to do any actual swimming or exercise in it a smaller size would definitely be needed. Other than that it’s rather flattering. Doesn’t lift the girls or help out too much in the front but it hides the back fat. Fitted with high rise bottoms and you’re good to go.
