I wear it on a longer necklace and it is very cute. Simple and sophisticated. As others have said, the boxes are weird - it looks like it says 'Killpat' and underneath it 'Jeweley' (I think they mean 'jewelry' -?). If you're giving this as a gift, you might find another way to wrap it.
