Okay I've added some photos of the two helmets I put on the Sena 10S. Sounds great, works great, the app needs a little tweaking because it can do so much more, but it's pretty basic. Here is my experience with customer service. I bought the first one and for some crazy reason the box said 10S, the serial number on the box was 10S but the main component inside was 10SMH. I only noticed it a week later when trying to download the app, use it and read the back of the device. I called customer service and asked for a photo. I sent them and they emailed me and called me just to get it back through Revain. I did and they immediately sent me a new one. I received it in three days. Helmets are a Bell Mag9 3/4 helmet and a Harley Davidson half shell. It goes very well with the very flat Mag9. It's clearly sticking out like a sore thumb at halfway point, but it works well for both music and calls. I've only used it once as an intercom with my son and it worked fine, but we didn't really check the distance and it was about a block away. 5 stars is probably a bit generous, I don't usually give them, but I'm so glad to get a new replacement so quickly it's making me a little dizzy.
