I ordered this in March when I was pregnant. I had severe sciatic nerve problems (due to pregnancy) and chronic back pain (10 years of medical experience) prior to pregnancy. I got up in the morning and felt so constricted that I wanted to cry when I got up. I had to walk a few steps, squat down and stand up slowly. It was hard! A few nights later, the morning wasn't so bad after all! After the birth, the sciatica problems disappeared. It's been a month and I don't want to get out of bed, damn comfy. I don't toss and turn, use extra pillows, and don't dread the morning. The purchase is definitely worth it! It doesn't smell, but then I opened the windows in the room again and let it rise. It shifts a bit but not worth deducting a star as everything about it is excellent!
