Review on Latte Leachco Pillay Plush Sling-Style Lounger by Alisha Powell

Love it! Should have!

My youngest daughter, now 17 months old, had a smaller baby version of this chaise lounge/beanbag. We also have cushions and a boppy lounger but we used these almost exclusively as my girl preferred them. She had reflux from an early age and this was an exceptional circumstance that helped control her reflux. Even after she got older and got over her acid reflux symptoms, she was tied to her lawn chair, often sitting and sleeping in it to take naps. The baby lounger was getting too small so I came here looking for an alternative when I found this one. I didn't even know they offer a larger size because I've never seen it advertised or shown on a computer when browsing for baby items. I was thrilled when I found it and would have bought it a long time ago if I had known it was in stock! I'll give a word of caution although it's a bit lighter than it looks in the photo, a very light sand/taupe. Colour. This can pose a problem when used on young children when it needs to be kept clean. The cover is removable for washing so it's not a big deal, I just wish it was darker or came in more fabrics like the baby version. The only problem in our family is that my three older children want to sit in it. and my baby won't let her sit in her chair! LAUGH OUT LOUD! This alone also shows the size, strength and durability of this lounge chair. You can use it for years. It's big enough for my 10, 12 and even my 17 year old to sit in. I can even sit in it and lie on my back with my head resting on my back like a pillow. My husband can sit in it, but he is too tall to put his head on his back and his butt is still in the "sling" or hole in the middle, but he can use it as a floor cushion or chair use. There's also a giant 8ft XL sofa/chaise longue beanbag from Cozy Sack, but we've found that we'd all rather get our hands on it since the Cozy Sack giant beanbag is so big, heavy and unwieldy that he must be pulled or moved. . These deckchairs are big enough to lie on, but small enough to be grabbed, thrown on the ground and set down with ease. I am ordering 4 more of these and would definitely recommend them for myself or as a gift. I bought this for a friend's daughter as a baby shower gift and she loved it. If space or portability are not an issue then I would just buy these and not use the bouncer, it grows with baby and allows for much longer use. Book one or more for your family, you won't regret it!
