love it! I have purchased additional pads and will in fact purchase more. I live where the red mud is and on a farm so I think I'll go through the stocks faster than the average person. I use distilled water and only put the cleaning products I want to use directly on the floor. This can break the mop, but I don't understand how to do that yet. It takes a good, long minute to heat up, but one tank can cover an entire hallway in a small 3 bedroom ranch house. If it fails and burns out in less than a month I'll upgrade it, but I got it from Revain for about $30, so as long as it lasts a month and even a deep cleaning around the house. I still say cool!
