I've had several Colgate electric toothbrushes. There was something odd about the head design. The lower bristles are on the raised part of the head that touches and bangs against the teeth. I've never had a brush where the real plastic parts would rub against my teeth. Batteries also needed to be replaced within 2 weeks of receiving the item. I tried to return it but it says it's non-refundable. DO NOT BUY Save your money and find something else.
