I recently took the ASMOKE Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle on a weekend camping trip and have to say, it was a game-changer for our outdoor cooking. Not only is it compatible with our ASMOKE AS300 smoker, but it's heavy-duty and pre-seasoned, making it the perfect replacement part for our grill pan. The reversible feature means we could easily switch from grilling burgers to cooking pancakes on the griddle. And the size is just right - 14.17 inches by 12.99 inches, giving us the space we need without taking up too much room in our pack. The handle is also a nice touch, making it easy to transport and maneuver on the grill. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pre-seasoning could have been a bit better. We had some sticking issues at first, but after adding some oil and re-seasoning it, the cooking process was much smoother. Overall, the ASMOKE Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle is a must-have for any outdoor cook looking to up their game. Highly recommend.
