A little crazy I've spent almost $60 on this and haven't seen or felt any change. I've been using a lot of this for almost 3 weeks and I haven't gained any extra weight and my appetite hasn't increased. I've put 2 full droppers in my cup once a day to drink with meals and haven't noticed any change. And definitely not for pain relief. I have back problems and I haven't seen any change in it.
