As you can see from the picture the product is so good it falls out of the threads on the lid. On arrival the container was sealed with a security seal but the inside of the small package it was sent in was covered with the product. I can contact the company as this product is so expensive and I lost part of my money before I received it. The product itself (store bought black mint and cold orange) is what I expected. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing so I was fully informed on the size and expected performance. The taste is not sweet. I like what one reviewer said and will give it a positive rating. "It's a tooth powder, not a snack." Tastes like clay and essential oil because that's what it is. My teeth are much cleaner than ever with the branded sensitive toothpaste and my gums, which have been prone to inflammation since childhood, have not been irritated. I'm excited to see how this product holds up over the next few weeks. Again, the packaging needs an update. With a product this great, I would expect an airtight seal, if not close (especially for the price).
