Disappointed with backpacks

Ordered this for nursing school to carry all my heavy books. Unfortunately the bag I received was already starting to tear at the seams and the seams came undone in several places. I didn't even get a chance to take the labels off let alone put anything inside. I ended up getting my bag back for almost $60, I want something durable that will last a long time.

Pros

Versatility - works well as a wheeled backpack for school boys, a wheeled backpack for kids with a laptop compartment or a wheeled backpack for adults
