Review on 🦷 Optimized PetzLife Oral Care Gel by Sheila Harris

I read several reviews before purchasing this product. It looks like I have a typical experience on my hands. I had my dogs teeth groomed for several months and noticed that plaque had built up on their teeth. I wanted to try it because of the great results/reviews. I was concerned about the taste so I took the salmon which still worried me. My dog LOVES salmon flavored things. We feed him salmon feed, fish skins as snacks and salmon oil added to his feed. He does NOT like this toothpaste. Salmon doesn't smell at all, just mint. I shake it before use and find I can barely smell the salmon. Otherwise all I feel is mint. My dog loved brushing his teeth when I used Petrodex with their peanut flavored toothpaste but is now trying to stop brushing. I'm switching between petrodex and this thing so he doesn't get permanent toothbrush scars. It works but I don't know how much it actually helps since I'm switching between this and Petrodex. I brush his teeth about 4-5 times a week and see great results. I gave it 4 stars because it does what it promises, even though my dog can't stand the taste. I will not buy this again unless they have better taste for my dog. I don't want to hurt my dog with dental care as he is usually very good at brushing my teeth. I'm staying with Petrodex
