I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from but I wouldn't listen to them. I actually picked up this computer from a Best Buy store where I could see and touch the computer before I bought it. I've used Microsoft/HP all my life. I was very unsure about the Chromebook. I went back and forth with myself for a few weeks. But let me tell you, if you're an Android lover, this Chromebook will become second nature to you. It is based on the Google Play Store and some of the features are just great! (For example, if your phone is unlocked nearby, you don't have to enter a password on your computer.) The biggest benefit was the screen size. Most Chromebooks I've found are much smaller and have a HUGE screen with such great quality. The display settings also offer a night light/blue light filter which I really like! Battery life is great and just a great computer. The speed is lightning fast, in fact I expected less. I have nothing bad to say about this laptop. If you haven't bought it yet, I don't know what you're waiting for.
