Great quality! The shadows are made of good fabric and you can see the stitching. The base is solid. These lamps have really added a nice touch to my bedroom. I used to have reading lights that worked fine but looked like student lights. They give my room a much softer quality. The fact that they double as USB sockets is an amazing bonus. There is a switch on the cord that turns the device on and off. Then a separate circuit for the light. This way the light can be turned off but you still have USB power. However, if you want to turn off the power completely, turn it off at the switch. I have 60W bulbs and they are perfect for me. Definitely recommend!
