The best thing about this product was its ease to use interface, as it has everything you need in one place! It can be used with any SIP provider (like Twilio) or hosted using their own servers which also makes things easier when integrating other products like Zoom into your call flow / workflow process - super simple integration too!! Not much dislike here at all but I guess if there were more options available then that would make life simpler :) Pricing could have been better especially considering how easy they made our lives by providing such an amazing platform within reach! We are solving problems related customer service management & collaboration across multiple locations from single point contact center solution without having people working out side office building/location etc.,.
