So far extremely happy!! Just started going live yesterday

They've done an amazing job with their customer service, and they always get back to you right away! I have not had any issues yet, so I can't speak negatively about anything at this time. I will say that we are using the call center component as well. It makes it so much easier as our clients and customers are able to log into the website where all communications take place. The software itself doesn't allow you to see a lot of info at one time, but that's not a huge issue because everything…

Super Simple Contact Center Solution for Cloud Business Collaboration

The best thing about this product was its ease to use interface, as it has everything you need in one place! It can be used with any SIP provider (like Twilio) or hosted using their own servers which also makes things easier when integrating other products like Zoom into your call flow / workflow process - super simple integration too!! Not much dislike here at all but I guess if there were more options available then that would make life simpler :) Pricing could have been better especially…

Value for money and features beyond compare

I like that it's very easy to set up, you can do all kinds of things with this software! It has everything from call recording/monitoring through to IVR routing etc - so there are no limits as far as what we could be able to achieve here at my workplace using vPbx technology!! The only downside would have been if they had more tutorials available online (however good quality) or even better some kind of training videos which help explain how each feature works in greater detail e.g Call…

  • Good support provided by team who answer any questions promptly within 24 hrs ! :) This service stands ahead especially against competitors providing same services elsewhere around world.and much cheaper than most others offering
