They've done an amazing job with their customer service, and they always get back to you right away! I have not had any issues yet, so I can't speak negatively about anything at this time. The best thing about this product was its ease to use interface, as it has everything you need in one place! It can be used with any SIP provider (like Twilio) or hosted using their own servers which also makes things easier when integrating other products like Zoom into your call flow / workflow process - super simple integration too!! I like that it's very easy to set up, you can do all kinds of things with this software! It has everything from call recording/monitoring through to IVR routing etc - so there are no limits as far as what we could be able to achieve here at my workplace using vPbx technology!!
