So far extremely happy!! Just started going live yesterday

They've done an amazing job with their customer service, and they always get back to you right away! I have not had any issues yet, so I can't speak negatively about anything at this time. I will say that we are using the call center component as well. It makes it so much easier as our clients and customers are able to log into the website where all communications take place. The software itself doesn't allow you to see a lot of info at one time, but that's not a huge issue because everything can still be found by searching. Easy to use, great customer service when we have questions or need help with something that seems simple but isn't as easy at first glance! We've been able to reduce our call center staff by 50% since switching over from another provider which was very costly in terms of time spent talking about issues rather than fixing them quickly (and then having customers complain!). The biggest benefit has probably just come down simply due to cost savings - less people = more money saved per month/year etc.
