I like that it's very easy to set up, you can do all kinds of things with this software! It has everything from call recording/monitoring through to IVR routing etc - so there are no limits as far as what we could be able to achieve here at my workplace using vPbx technology!! The only downside would have been if they had more tutorials available online (however good quality) or even better some kind of training videos which help explain how each feature works in greater detail e.g Call Recording / Monitoring & monitoring calls via web browser.
