I bought this printer on purpose because I'm new to 3D printing and thought a brand like Dremel would reduce potential product issues (I figured I could rely on this product and will just have a learning curve for modeling and slicing). Boy was I wrong! Apparently Dremel worked with Print Studio to develop this printer. That's great, apart from the fact that Print Studio is no longer maintained and/or developed. And also. The last update of Windows 10 broke the program in such a way that it no longer works. So if you bought this printer and you're running Windows 10, you're probably only able to print a few sample models that come on the SD card that came with it. That being said, you just bought $600 worth of paper! It seems the only solution I have is to buy the Simplify3d program that supports this printer. It's great apart from the fact that this software costs another $150. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Before you buy, check out other places like Micro Center as they offer machines with more features for the same price. And also. They have machines that actually work right out of the box without spending another $150 on software.
