I use them to fall asleep and they are definitely better than headphones in terms of comfort. The sound is good for sleeping. I wouldn't choose them as everyday headphones. They don't fit snugly enough around the ears and are likely to let a lot of sound through. However, the seal on one of the headphones broke after about a week. As with earbuds, this is a piece of felt material that is stretched over the surface of the eartip. It took some work but I was able to get it back. To prevent this I used gorilla tape. Add straps to hold the padding (see photo). So far it seems to be working, but I've noticed the tape is starting to peel off the padding. I have to think of a different approach. It should be noted that I cannot vouch for what I did to solve the felt. Maybe in my dream I thought the headphones were cookies and tried to eat them. I would still buy them again because they are the best choice for sleeping.
