Great spot/heater - but wrong description

It may seem strange but I was looking for a low and high wattage space or spot heater. This device has this function. I was hoping to find one that maxed out at 800-900w and low at 500-600w. This device was advertised as 950W High and 600W Low. It was damn close and I pulled the trigger. I think this heater is suitable for a small bathroom, home office, or other space under 120 square feet when adding to your home heating. When I received the device, I ran some tests. I'm a bit disappointed with my results. Good: - Small but mighty; The fan moves the air very well. - It has the function of oscillating, rotating and pushing the air to different areas of space. - Long power cord. Almost 5 feet long cable makes installation much easier. - LED mode indicator. Blue is only for fans. Bright red for high temperatures. Matte red for low temperature. - The fan runs in cooling mode for a few seconds after the heater is turned off. This is a nice security feature in my book. Neutral or FYI: - Fan noise is 55dB at 1ft and 51dB at 2ft. That's not bad considering how much air flows through the device. - The EMF meter showed 120 mGs at 1 inch and 2 mGs at 1 foot. This is a reminder to keep this device at a distance (maybe no closer than 1-2 feet). Bad: - High wattage ranges from 900W to almost 1200W. As a result, regulation is very poor and it can draw significantly more than what one would expect from a 950 watt rated device. - Stable 750W on low setting; not even close to the advertised 600 watts. It looks like the device is doing its job well. I had trouble scoring points. I ended up getting 3 stars mainly due to inaccurate high and low power. Why? In my application I really needed a 500-600w heater on low and 900w on high. That's how I came to this purchase. So the fact that the description was fundamentally wrong for both I find justified in subtracting 2 starts. If it were advertised as a 750w (low) and 1000w (high) heater that would be more correct and I would look further. unit will be one to consider. (despite my 3 star rating)
