This was booked as a free return. The zipper is a little less than 3 inches (much shorter than expected) and the pants fit the size we ordered and the thread came loose on the zipper. Once I start my return, I have to trust USPS (notoriously unreliable where I live), so the company recommends that I ship the return insured (at my expense) and then have them post the return minus their shipping cost (amount not disclosed ) edit ) I would never buy an item of clothing that isn't listed as free return. misleading as it doesn't mean I lose any amount of my purchase to return the product.
