WiFi works. for HEPA air purifier

I wanted to give it 1 or 2 stars because like the other reviewers the wifi didn't work. I have sent an email to Coway Support (from the Coway website). They replied to me within 1 day and gave me various recommendations. I made two. 1) I turned off the air purifier for more than 5 minutes. 2) I put my iPhone in airplane mode, so NO LTE. 3) Then follow the instructions of the io app. It was a really fast connection. Now I know when to clean or change the filter.
